Orlando Car Rental Travel Guide - Mickey's Toontown Fair

Orlando Car Rental Travel Guide - Mickey's Toontown Fair“We are not trying to entertain the critics. I’ll take my chances with the public.” - Walt Disney

Only intended to be a temporary area opened in 1988 as part of “Mickey’s 60th Birthday Celebration,” Mickey’s Toontown Fair was originally called Mickey’s Birthdayland and, shortly thereafter, Mickey’s Starland. In 1996, new attractions were added and it was decided to make this section of The Magic Kingdom a permanent fixture.

There is no better place on the planet to get autographs and pictures of your favorite Disney characters than at Mickey’s Toontown Fair and there is even a Goofy roller coaster, designed just for the little ones.
