Tips for Making the Most of your Disneyworld Vacation

  • Watch for Extra Magic Hours: Every morning and/or evening at least one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks opens early or closes late for registered resort guests. If you are staying in a Disney resort hotel, be sure to take advantage of these extra hours. If you are not staying in a Disney resort hotel, you might want to hop into your Orlando car rental and head elsewhere for the day; these are generally the busiest days at that particular Walt Disney World theme park!

  • Take a Break in the Afternoon: One of the key advantages to having an Orlando car rental is that you have the flexibility to enjoy the theme parks and relax at the same time.Plan to visit theme parks early in the morning and later in the evening to avoid fatigue and sun stroke. Most of the theme parks offer plenty of cool bonus attractions once the sun goes down, so be sure not to miss out on the excitement! Be sure to save your parking pass so you don't have to pay twice for parking, though.

  • Use the Disney Transportation System: If you're tired of fighting traffic in your Orlando car rental, take a break and utilize the Disney Transportation System. This bus system is available to all registered resort guests, running daily from park to park and resort to resort.
